You just need to book your storage & transfer on bavulier.com by specifying the luggage collection time and location then when and where you wish your luggage to be delivered. Booking system is easy-to-use and secure. If you have any specific request, please send us an e-mail to hello@bavulier.com or contact us on chat.
You are informed by e-mail and text when your bags are collected, stored and transferred. You can also access our real-time tracking via the reference number. Your Bavulier concierge is reachable by phone or e-mail so you can easily get in touch.
Bavulier charges 80₺ for the first bag and 20₺ for any each additional bags. Additionally we charge 10₺ per item per day for long-term storage.
Yes, we take the safety of your luggage very seriously. Each luggage is sealed with temper aware seals. Our agents are specially selected and trained to take care of your belongings. Your luggage is kept in a secured storage while you are visiting Istanbul.
